Bridgeway Imports Ltd

Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

About these terms

These terms govern the use of the Bridgeway Imports website and the general basis on which import support services are offered. Specific engagements are confirmed separately in writing, by quotation or email, before any work begins.

Services

Bridgeway Imports provides China to UK import support, including product sourcing, supplier negotiation, freight coordination, customs clearance support and UK delivery planning. Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute legal, tax or customs advice. Duty, VAT and freight figures discussed before booking are estimates until confirmed.

Quotations and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create any commitment on either side. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and may change with freight market conditions, exchange rates or supplier terms.

Liability

Bridgeway Imports coordinates third parties (factories, freight carriers, customs brokers and delivery companies) whose services are subject to their own terms and industry conventions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
